RiskTalk does not collect or store personal data about you as a user, with the exception of your email address, except if you enter yourself such data when writing your message. You may submit a report in anonymus form, in which case all stored data are completely anonymous. All reports received through the RiskTalk app will be stored on behalf of Swissgrid on servers run by RiskTalk in Ireland.

To detect technical problems, improve user experience and the design of the RiskTalk App, RiskTalk uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google") for data analysis. RiskTalk only uses anonymized data for analysis in Google Analytics. Data for this analysis is usually transferred to a server of Google in the USA and stored there.
